Refunds and cancellation
October 2026. During the beta nothing is sold; this page says how paid plans will work when they start.
Cancelling
A monthly plan renews until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the account page in the app, as easily as you signed up; the plan then runs to the end of the month already paid for and is not charged again. Your projects stay on your Mac.
Refunds
Kino's work starts the moment you ask for it and cannot be given back, so a month that has begun is not refunded in part. If you were charged twice, or the service did not work because of a fault of ours, write to hello@kinoflow.ai and we refund the charge.
If you are in Taiwan
Under the Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法第19條) you may normally cancel a distance purchase within seven days without giving a reason. KinoFlow's plans are an online service that begins at once and is used up as Kino works, which falls under the exception for digital content and online services in the Executive Yuan's criteria (通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則第2條第5款). By choosing to start the service right after payment, you agree that the seven-day right does not apply to it. This notice is shown again on the payment screen before you confirm. The refunds above still apply.
If you are in Japan
There is no cooling-off period for distance sales of online services under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions; the terms of return and cancellation are those above. The seller's notice required by the Act is on 特定商取引法に基づく表記.
If you are in the United States or Canada
The price, the renewal and how to cancel are shown before you pay, and you can cancel online in the app at any time. Where your state or province gives you further rights (California's automatic renewal law among them), those apply.

退費與取消
2026 年 10 月。內測期間不販售任何服務；本頁說明付費方案開始後的規則。
取消
月付方案會持續續訂，直到你取消為止。你隨時可以在應用程式的帳戶頁面取消，和訂閱時一樣簡單；取消後方案使用到已付費的那個月結束，不再扣款。你的專案留在你的 Mac 上。
退費
Kino 的工作在你提出要求的那一刻就開始，無法退回，所以已開始的月份不按比例退費。如果你被重複扣款，或因為我們的故障而無法使用服務，請寫信到 hello@kinoflow.ai，我們會退還該筆費用。
台灣消費者
依消費者保護法第 19 條，通訊交易的消費者原則上可以在七日內無條件解除契約。KinoFlow 的方案是付款後立即開始、隨 Kino 的工作而消耗的線上服務，屬於行政院「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」第 2 條第 5 款所定的數位內容與線上服務。你選擇在付款後立即開始使用服務，即同意七日解除權不適用於本服務。付款前的確認畫面會再次顯示本告知。上述退費規則仍然適用。
日本消費者
依特定商取引法，線上服務的通訊販賣沒有冷靜期；退貨與取消條件如上。法律要求的販售業者資訊在特定商取引法に基づく表記。
美國與加拿大消費者
價格、續訂方式和取消方法會在付款前顯示，你隨時可以在應用程式內線上取消。你所在的州或省如有更多保障（例如加州的自動續約法），一併適用。
